Monitoring our collaborator’s healthcare has become a key social responsibility project for the Human Resources department, where through internal medical services an appropriate preventive and corrective health program is carried out for all employees, through annual medical analysis, consultation care, individual orientation-counseling, face-to-face awareness talks, online videoconferences, combating workplace violence and promoting a favorable organizational environment in order to achieve a healthy physical, mental and social environment, individual orientation-counseling, face-to-face awareness talks, online videoconferences, combating workplace violence and promoting a favorable organizational environment, in order to achieve a healthy physical, mental and emotional environment for each employee and have a positive impact on each of them, their families and the community in general. In addition to the above, these issues are strengthened through vaccination campaigns and various health care actions in coordination with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) and the Ministry of Public Health (SSA).

Another step we take to promote better physical, mental and emotional health is the implementation of a psycho-social risk prevention policy and programs that include monthly conferences with health professionals, cultural, social, sports events and training courses, in order to create a healthy environment and organizational environment, thus providing dignity of labour to those who are proudly part of this great work team, with a positive impact on their own social environment.
