AgroIndustrias El Alamo, S.A. has been a member since 1983 of Grupo Rancho Viejo, a family agribusiness group founded in 1889. Grupo Rancho Viejo is comprided of Ganadera Rancho Viejo, Flora Ornamental y Forestal de Baja California, and Bio-Natur, S.A., All of these business are located in northwest Mexico, in the State of Baja California.

Our group’s mission is to provide excellent quality products at competitive prices. We also aim to establish long-term relationships with our clients and constantly seek to improve our services. While tapping into nature's bounty to improve the quality of life for people , we conscientiously aim to protect our environment.

Agroindustrias El Alamo, S.A. is the group’s company that harvest and processes the Yucca schidigera and using the biotechnology developed many products derived from this plant. For human consumption, the products are used in the soft drink industry, natural food supplement, cosmetics, etc. Other important uses is as a natural feed additive for livestock, poultry, swine, pets, and shrimps to reduce ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and offensive odors.
