Due to the fact that we are producers of the raw material, our quality controls are established from the harvesting of the plant up to the manufacturing of the final product. The stems of the plants are processed using technology developed by our own technicians in order to avoid any degradation of bacterial origin, thus assuring the maximum content of active ingredients in the extract and that is reflected in the quality of our products.

The knowledge of the composition of the extract of Yucca schidigera and the role each biochemical group plays within it, allows us to manufacture products with the best parameters. The quality control of our products is based on the standardized content of saponins, always guaranteeing a high content of them. We use the butanol extraction technique to measure content, manufacturers of this type of products generally use this technique, and we also obtain data utilizing the HPLC.
